当方、Windouws　Vista　Home　Premium、32bit、です。韓国語をdownload.windowsupdate.com/・・・・・・からダウンロードし、ウイルスチェックの後、 インストールしようとすると「・・・許可された言語数に到達しています。」の表示が出て、installできません。当方、PCに関して初心者であり、韓国語の 勉強にはPC画面にハングル文字を並べ、プリントし、持ち歩いて覚える、などに使おうと計画しています。ご指導をお願いいたします。

初心者というのは、特に免罪符になりえません。
この手の内容のものは、インターネットの検索を活用することで
多くの情報に接することができると思います。
例えば、下記のような記事などが参考になるのではないでしょうか。

その他
