Tomorrow night

Tagine
Just curious. If I make one, do I need to use a Tagine pot or can I make it in something else? If it turns out that I like eating/making tagines enough to merit spending the money on one later, I'll do it. In the mean time, is it an absolute necessity?

Kitchen computers?
How many people have a computer in their kitchen? A friend of mine has one, and I thought it was a tv monitor. She can pull up recipes while she's in the kitchen. I don't know if I would put an Internet capable computer in there, but to just have a keyboard, mouse, and screen on the bar top, or... more »
